Hey there,

By day I'm a web developer and have been lurking bitcointalk for some months now and have been mining LTC & reading in my spare time. I was just wondering if there were any web resources related to Bitcoin that you wish existed & would like to use yourself? I see things like BitMit that don't appear to be implemented very well. I'm all for promoting the bitcoin economy and would love to hear any ideas the community has!

Cheers

I don't think that a lot of people would need that kind of website/service.

Are you kidding?
Prepaid phones are huge business.

Imagine a smartphone where you could add minutes and buy apps using bitcoin.

Bitcoin sports and prop betting.

We just pushed out a beta site for a different kind of sports betting... basically your bet stands against everyone else, and technically every bet is a prop bet to some degree in that odds of payout are essentially set by the number of participants in the bet.  Check it out and let me know what you think.  thebet.is

I also believe that phones which accept BTC are a great idea. In many African countries lots of people have smartphones but no bank account. They even use their phone balance to transfer small amounts of "value" to their friends or to pay something. A BTC prepaid phone would boost acceptance of BTC in Africa and with it in the whole world.
