Acorn talks about the possibility of using the platform around the world. But it is already known that for crypto currency there are restrictions. How will this be settled? I am confident that investors from all over the world will want to invest in projects that are going to be supported by the website.
Yes, there are some limitations: the economic and political status of the country influences the status of existing projects and enterprises in it. The Acorn Collective wants to level out such phenomena as much as possible, because the market of developing countries suffers most from insufficient funding. In general, the climate is improving.
Is everything "imprisoned" for the possibility of the blockchain?
Yes, due to decentralized approach, transparency and reliability. These principles allow you to implement projects without geo-referencing.
Will the platform accept any projects?

The Acorn Collective site will be able to use all projects, regardless of their belonging to a particular category. This can be both small businesses and large organizations.

Will the platform develop the Asian direction? Now the Chinese market is very attractive.

The total number of tokens reduced is excellent news for pre-sale participants.

https://pp.userapi.com/c846124/v846124827/2cbb4/w5RIUpJeH2o.jpg
seems good especially for early participants like me who bought a bit of OAKs  on a Pre ICO Roll Eyes
Yes, it does condemn the project to success. What other changes have taken place? has the price of the token remained unchanged ? so $ 1.4?

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, so please, if someone can explain the following to me.

1. Will the hard cap on the sale be 32million OAK? Based on my (terrible?) maths, theres 7 Million unaccounted when I add up the Main Ico+Non Public      allocation+pre-sale.

Yeah, I never got the answer to my question. In any case, I am happy with all the changes that have taken place. I'm just really looking forward to the moment when the Acorn burst into the cryptocurrency market.

In OP - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eaCaRfs9qIAUY2-DBSA1NLcFrwfzvvDV  the hard cap is indicated in the amount of 26KK. But You are right, there is something wrong with arithmetic. 60% of 65 million is 39 million tokens. And 7KK of them were implemented on pre-ICO. That is, there should be 32 million.

2.What is the purpose of the company token reserve as this was not part of the token allocation in original whitepaper.

Apparently this Liquidity Reserve and Project Incentive Fund:

Liquidity Reserve
Our liquidity reserve allows campaign payouts to be made in BTC, ETH, fiat or OAK and helps mitigate currency fluctuations related to large campaign payouts.

Project Incentive Fund
The Acorn Ecosystem must compete with established platforms. To help with platform growth, we have devised the Project Incentive Fund, which rewards early adopters. This is a double accelerator - not only is the platform free but it rewards those generating early traction with incredibly generous incentives. It’s a mechanism to employ a huge marketing budget in an area where it almost guarantees rapid growth for the platform and currency.

* information from WP

Thanks for the response on number 2. Hopefully we can get some answers on the unaccounted 7 million from the team.

Yes, there is! 3.33% of the total number of tokens will be directed to this.

If you look at the picture from the point of view of the investor or even bounty hunter - it turns out that the higher the price of currencies, the better. After all, the day has already been invested (if, of course, you participated in the pre-sale), or simply receive a reward from your support within the bounty. If everything goes well and the upper ceiling of the expected fees is reached - everything will be just chocolate! I really hope so and I believe that it will be so! If nothing sharply negative happened to the markets.

Is there an overview of the schedule available which conferences they plan to attend for now?

Acorn is listed as the partner of a largest events operator in the world of blockchain - https://worldblockchainsummit.com/#partners

Therefore, you will find all the necessary information on this site.

Yes indeed. That is quite good to be a partner for them. Lots of positive exposure to the public!

I wondered if there would be many who would like to receive a momentary benefit after the project was launched and to merge the tokens in the first few days?

I heard that Hitbtc asks for 100 bitcoins for listing on the exchange, if this is true, then the Acorn has seriously taken up their product and will not let it fail. And yes Hitbtc is one of the best exchanges.
I think this is nothing but the rumors - 100 btc is too expensive for listing on this exchange. For example oficial price for listing on Yobit is 1 btc. I know it's incomparable things but...
I confused the Hitbtc with Kucoin that they demanded from the TRF-token 100 bitcoins for listing on their exchange. This requirement they published on their Twitter
https://twitter.com/travelflexcoin/status/979566959841988608 . I agree that 100 btc for listing..its too expensive.

Each exchange has its own economic model. As for HitBTC, I can say that there are large commissions for tokens withdraw. But it is unlikely that they set a high fee for the listing, because HitBTC is represented by a huge number of tokens. The decision is most will likely to based on results of ICO.

I think competitors will not catch up with the project. Saw today one look like "ICO starter" it seems he was called. Everything is quite similar to Acorn, however, do not look for a lot of differences between them. The main thing is coverage, ease of use - that is, usability and of course commercial conditions. Ideally, such sites would be desirable to see as much as possible - simply there should always be a standard, I'm sure Acorn will just become such a standard for others.

Currently, I do not see worthy competitors for Acorn, I do not even know the projects that are going to conduct an ICO with a similar specificity of activity. I like the fact that the Acorn platform will be available to absolutely everyone, regardless of the project budget.

100 bits ?? this is a bust, of course.
there are confirmed facts of a more flexible price on other exchanges.

I believe that there are always those who want to sell their tokens after entering to the exchange. We have to hope for a good marketing team, that would attract new investors after entering to the exchange

In my opinion, HitBTC  included in the top 15 exchanges

It seems to me that the exchange will not even be one-  but it's good that at this stage already announced listing.
