I think this is not the last competition until the end of the ICO because until the end of the ICO there will be several more competitions. So, with the sale of the tokens in Pre-ICO already reached the Soft cap? ICO will not have any bonuses? For any crowdfunding project the rate will be 0% as reported on the correct website "Free Crowdfunding"

I think that the project needs to be given a turn around and only then to analyze and evaluate its results. It's still not many of them who are willing to be in it for the long haul. |

The SEC has been pretty clear about their position regarding so called "utility" tokens. They say that most of them with any kind of buyback scheme or similar dividend mechanism will be labeled as securities. |
