I think this is because all FUD, false/bad articles and regulation attempts are concentrated over Bitcoin. But soon all this will move over ETH and then I think NEO will become even stronger.

Yes it's very attractive to invest on their platform even on exchanges that accept Ethereum. I'm big fan of ETH when it was $200 before i hate it that their trading exchange as full of sh*t but i didn't realize that they have good wallet which i love to save my ERC-20 tokens. ETH is very popular next to bitcoin so i am bullish on this coin.
