Yes. Most of the time eth is top most alts coin in the crypto market. Eth is going to high rate value because it has numerous number of users and most of the ICO deals with eth because of low fees and takes less time for clearing transactions. For that reasons eth is going very strong.

the price is not the measurement of them being strong.
