I saw escrow.ms's lolipop thread 4 days ago and placed a order for 1000 lolipops. After I sent him payment, he just went offline and never came back. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him.

They already had another accusation "  EXMO Scam- has stolen 12 000 usd  " and apparently the case was settled or at least is what they say:

What happened:

I put money on withdrawal - bank transfer - on October, 4th. The EXMO does not give money, but only writes that the partner is guilty - "cryptocapital" and dont give to a payment order.

i told them. i do daily trade and arbitrage, first i made advcash deposit, wantded do trade but deposit had delay. after confirm deposit  i found better price at another site, so i wanted withdraw my funds but they blocked me.
is that illegal?
