I am curious how BTC activity are going to happen once it hit 10k.

There must be many people awaiting the 10K mark to sell, but if it doesn't happen expect the bitcoin price to keep increasing.

No, I guess most people will not abandon bitcoin at 10k. Because sbtc bifurcation in mid-next month, I think in order to get free delivery of sbtc, most people will not sell their holdings btc. On the contrary, most people are buying btc waiting for the fork.

we are all curious about how things will be in the near future with bitcoin price!

what i am expecting is actually a lot of sells "before" the $10,000 mark. most people think price may fall after the 10K so they act faster and try to sell before it happens and get out, it delays the rise and after a while when they are out price goes above 10K and by that time there is no one left with this expectation to sell so price continues to rise. that means those who sold see their speculation was wrong and come back and cause the price to jump up about 5-10% more.

same thing happened with $1000. there were a lot of sells at $970-$980 with a lot of downtime then after $1000 was broken, for days price only went up until it reached the ATH of that time ($1150)!

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

There will be a huge demand of it now, because people have understood its value.

Ordinary people will be more interested in Bitcoin now, also a huge number of Investors will join the market. And mining firms will upgrade hardware so that they don't miss any piece of Bitcoin. I think Bitcoin will grow more acceptance now.

I believe a handful of people plan to sell, but will jump back in when they see it keep rising. More investors will come in.

People see the continuous growth of Bitcoin and now there will be only more demand for it. Therefore the price of Bitcoin will grow even faster.

People still dont understand the value of bitcoin they are just riding the boats that others have, because they see profit in bitcoin they tend to invest so much money in it.
But once the dust is settled there will be more losers than the actual gainers.

Me too, i am also curious, because even in this time, i don't believe on it that bitcoin has hit $10k. Now to see it, i feel sad because recently i have sold my 2 bitcoins in $6000. But now i decide to see the bitcoin price increment that i will never sell my other bitcoins before 1 year.

I think every person hold some BTC have some price at which plans to sell, and there is many out there who just wait 10k$ to do that.If you are an early investor and you have hundreds or thousands of BTC which you bought cheaply it makes no sense to wait and hold all coins forever.

But demand is at the moment very big and constant, and I think buyers will buy anything what's on the market.I also think most will continue to hold BTC
because of the possibility to profit much more in next year and in the years to come.

Just do not panic if you see price is going down, this has happened many times but it is quite normal.

We really cannot say yet but we just have to wait and see what is really going to happen at the end of it all.

I am sure so many traders may want to sell at $10k so it is best we are careful to know the decision we want to make. However, I may not be surprised if traders decide to halt to see what would happen afterwards, which means there still could be a possibility of a rise after that if there is no much sell order on ground. I would not mind the correction though.
