Any idea on how long shipping is taking from placing the order at this point in time?

To be realistic. At least 3 months but it could easily go to 6

Just got mine today and up and running on a raspberry PI with minepeon I opened it up with a cool little extra surprise of a free coffee mug (unfortunately not much of a coffee drinker) but thanks BFL totally makes up for my 10 month wait. Wink

Look at the community delivery list http://bfl.ptz.ro/

The latest received order, as submitted by the community, was ordered on 2012/09/18
Comparing with the current date being 2013/07/02, That's 287 days difference.

So statistically, you are looking at 9 Months delivery time

Any one of these calculators could have shown you how many BTC per day 5GH/s will generate.

Thanks for the links but they are wrong. If you are mining .1 a day with 5GH you really need to switch your pool or pound your head into  a wall becuase you are getting fucked by your pool. I'm just looking at my own stats plus btc earned a day.

All of a sudden, the math behind bitcoin is wrong!
Someone hacked all the bitcoin calculators today and they no longer work!

You must be a new miner. Welcome to the up-side of variation, aka good luck. Later you'll get to know the down-side, aka bad luck.

I give up. You win the forum and the internet. You obviously are all knowing, and i bow to your intellect.

I guess my pool is so generous that they give me extra BTCs for my lowly hashrate. So im sorry I am wrong. I will go whip myself in the back for a hour or so as penance.

No im not new. I know variance. Im talking averages here. .2 might be slighlty high, but with a farily good pool .15-.2 should be the norm for 5GH. calculate your own extrapolate to 5gh. tell me you arent close?

I've seen many a 20+ hr block on my pool.

Point is today if you had 5gh on my pool you'd have about .2 btc
