Chances are there but when it will reach it is not possible to predict because lot hyip is circulating around the globe with Bitcoin price. When any banks saying Bitcoin is fraud then the price of Bitcoin is increasing. First of all government should understand the potential in it before the price increases.

He has a strong point and bitcoin's market value could ever go beyond his speculations. Imagine if bitcoin will continue to rise more than 2k USD per month, then we can have 50K before the year 2018 ends.

I think $50k is likely next year. $50k is my main prediction target for 2018. I think Bitcoin can definitely average close to $3000 gains per month which would bring it right to $50k in a year.

Don't you think its very high expectations from bitcoins in a very quick time as I don't think that huge price is possible to achieve in next year and we should give at least 2 to 3 years time to bitcoin to reach to that price but as we know that anything is possible with bitcoins and it would be great to see if it achieves that price in next year.

If you made a poll at the beginning of the year of how many years bitcoin will need in order to reach 19k and I'm sure that almost no one will answer that bitcoin will reach that amount of money in less than a year and yet that was exactly what happened so I do not see why 50k is such a high prediction, now I do not think we are going to reach that price either but it is a possibility we cannot discard.

I think Bitcoin will get a big retrace down to 5k USD and many people which jump too late on the train will get broke. Just look why the most are here, just to speculate, only the old Users are using BTC to pay and use as payment, all others are crying because of high fees and stucking transactions.

Also many people will loose much BTC in the Mempool. There are too much stucking with low paid fees, this Bitcoins will stay forever into the pool because no Minder will be intrested in taking them with a low fee.

That price is so huge and needed more people support to reach for that numbers, But we never actually knew on what will happen on it since their so many speculation,fuds,hypes or anything can be implant on bitcoins ecosystem by that year comes. And let's just put our trust on the bitcoins system since we all know we might gonna see some major huge changes.

I don't doubt this prediction even if it's true or not. Because, like last year bitcoin predicted to pass $10K, many people doubt it but eventually it goes even further. So also with value of $40K, I do not doubt it.
