Tatsiana Shalypina has two university degrees: in jurisprudence and economics as well as in accounting. She began her career at the National Cadastral Agency of Belarus, where participated in the development of a system dealing with electronic accounting of state property as a project manager and business analyst. Tatsiana was absolutely fascinated by management and subsequently she began to choose ever-complex projects, each time delving into a new domain area.

Tatsiana’s portfolio includes one of the modules of Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange, micro- and P2P-lending systems, cryptocurrency exchange and other projects. She also managed the development of the anti-mining system KYC (Know Your Customer), which helps to make crypto service more reliable.

One of the key tasks that developers around the world are striving to solve is to ensure complete security of user data. In this regard, blockchain is a great solution, said Tatsiana Shalypina.

Tatsiana joined IQeon team as a project manager in the middle of 2018 year.

She organizes the workflow, controls the release of various products of the company, establishes communication between team members.

According to Tatsiana, being savvy in ​​related areas, such as business analysis and system-oriented analysis will be an absolute advantage for the project manager. It helps the specialist better understand the reasonability of introducing a particular function into the product and allows to get out the task to the team in a more correct way.

The company which deals with game development is characterized by an accelerated pace of work. In the case of the gaming platform, the product is developed jointly with users. We create a new feature set, then we test it on real players, get feedback from them and adjust the work depending on the wishes of our audience. After having graduated from the Institute of information technologies of BSUIR, Vadim began to develop desktop applications based on the .Net Framework and improve his skills in C# programming.

As time passed, the market changed, and mobile applications have come to the forefront. Then Vadim delved into the cross-platform development of mobile apps on the Xamarin and React Native frameworks and went deeper into the study of Swift to create applications for iOS.

Vadim has an extensive experience in working in an international team. His portfolio includes projects from various fields: from car industry to education and health. In addition, Vadim managed to work on a corporate bank product for internal use in his native country.

IQeon Development Update – January 14


Dear friends! We would like to present our new report on the development of the IQeon platform for the period from December 17 to January 13.

General platform changes:

• Implementation of a dynamic update of the Sitemap. Now, when new pages appear on the site, they automatically fall into the Sitemap and are indexed faster.
• Entering of meta tag ‘rel canonical’ into the head in order to exclude duplicate pages. So, we got rid of the natural duplicate content, and also accelerated the indexing of the site.
• Improvement of site ranking in local search results. Thus, we created additional routes for quick switching between language versions into folders, and implemented the opportunity to additionally inform Google about all language versions of the site.

Games module:

• Fixing a bug that appeared when displaying genre icons in game categories. Now all the icons are displayed correctly.
• The compilation of questions for the intellectual game Quiz in English is underway. Questions will be added in the near future.

IQeon White Paper update

In January, IQeon introduced an updated version of White Paper. Changes were made to section 2 of the document, devoted to the problems of the mobile games market. In particular, we updated section’s design: color schemes and diagrams became more vivid and functional.

Our team rolled out a new intellectual game Quiz! On this occasion, we launched an intellectual competition with a prize pool of 1000 IQN! Publishing a leaderboard with the best platform players

IQeon summed up the game results of users and published a leaderboard for 2019. When calculating points, we took into account all matches played by users in all platform games from the time of its launch to the end of 2019. Our team also decided to award the top five most successful players! To receive a prize, players must become Weekly Challenge winners during February, in this case their winnings will be doubled to 10 IQN. So, the participants have the opportunity to get up to 40 IQN to their game account! Be active and your efforts will be rewarded!

Gaming PvP platform changes

• Optimization of the platform’s work (page indexing was accelerated due to dynamic updating of the sitemap, duplicate pages were deleted using the ‘rel canonical’ meta tag, site ranking in local search results was improved);
• Changes in game module (bug with displaying genre icons in game categories was fixed);

IQeon team continues to reward the most active platform players! During the month users could receive 5 IQN into their gaming account in Weekly Challenge contest. In January, players competed in Branches, Crashy Racing, and Ball Line games.

Friends, we are excited to announce the participation of IQeon in an open AMA session from the gaming portal Crypto&Gamers!

On Wednesday, February 5, in real-time CEO Vadim Dovguchits will answer questions about the project that are of interest among gaming enthusiasts.

We remind you that AMA session is an open online conversation in “Ask Me Anything” format. The start is at 12:00 GMT!

In order to participate, users must leave questions of interest in the comments from February 2 to 4 under the AMA session post-announcement in Crypto&Gamers Twitter community. IQeon Development Update – February 4


Dear friends! We would like to present our new report on the development of the IQeon platform for the period from January 11 to February 3, 2020.

General platform changes:

• Work with databases of the gaming platform. In particular, CRUD technology was added to the developer's programming interface, which made it possible to improve the organization of user data storage. Also, filtering of transaction history by date and status was added into Transaction Processor in order to optimize the platform.
• Conducting Unit tests using the full code coverage technique. In this way, non-performing areas of the source code were identified and corrected.
• Launch of intellectual Quiz game on a separate domain. The game presents more than 2 thousand questions devoted to history, literature, exact sciences, technologies, cinema, games and crypto sphere. One quiz consists of 10 questions on different topics. The player has 50 seconds to answer each question. Quiz questions are available in English and Russian.

• Bug with an incorrect display of links to platform games on social networks was fixed.

Web Designer Tatsiana Bova: “Distinctive design is an essential marketing part of any company”

Tatsiana is involved in web design for more than four years. There are many e-commerce projects in her portfolio. At IQeon, Tatsiana develops visual content for the corporate site and IQeon communities, and also creates design for other company web projects. By the way, Tatsiana tried her hand in designing content for game projects at the company.

Today, effective web design, according to Tatsiana, is important for the company’s marketing more than ever. Unique images placed on the site are a powerful factor in promoting web resources. For example, visual content affects the ranking of a site in search results.

"Distinctive design is an integral part of marketing in any company. It is often necessary to convey information to the user quickly and accurately. According to various sources, 80–90% of information a person receives through vision, because our brain processes visual information much faster comparing with textual. The visual content subtly affects consumer’s mind with the help of color, shape, texture, it causes certain emotions and associations, which can increase loyalty to the product at a subconscious level."

Tatsiana believes that for Web Designer it’s necessary not only to master the package of professional software programmes, know typography and color theory, but also to have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS programming languages.

"Unlike graphic, web design is limited by the structure of the web interface, that HTML and CSS help to understand. It is important for designer to know how to position elements in order to change their size and set typographic rules. It’s necessary to develop in this direction all the time, because programming languages ​​are constantly improving. Knowing the basic principles of HTML helps you create a realistic, and what’s more important, implementable design.”

Most of all, in her job Tatsiana likes the creative approach and the demand for the profession in the whole world. In addition, design requires constant development of one's own skills. It is important for a specialist to take into account current trends and interests of the target audience.

"The trend that will stay on top for more than one year is Mobile First. The number of users of mobile devices is growing, and many companies begin development with a mobile version of the site, and then adapt it to the desktop. Also asymmetric designs and bright luminescent colors, 3D typography and giant fonts are extremely popular. In addition, simple clean design solutions and minimalism, for example, White space, continue to be edgy. If you take into account all these trends, you will be able to create the design of the product which will be as convenient and attractive as possible."
