I’ve been using cryptonator for four months and I have never had any problem so far. I very highly doubt they are a fraud. They can make good money by running an honest business in a field with exponential growth.
I don’t know what exactly happened to you, but I’ve just remembered that for the past couple of days there was a note saying that due to maintenance or something transactions could take a while to be written in your account even if confirmed.
Just wait another day and if not, email them.

I have not heard of Libertyx before, but their website makes them look like a legal business. If it is a legal business then you have myriad options, if they are not then you are likely screwed.
What does Libertyx say? I see they have a support email and phone number. They also display at the bottom of the page the hot-line number of the New York Department of Financial Services. No one here will be able to do anything because only you and/or Libertyx have access to the private keys involved. Make sure you always have exclusive control of your private keys. Exclusive possession of the private keys IS ownership of bitcoin. anything less is less than ownership.

They stole from my transactions 5 days ago. Gave me an exchange rate of 46k for BCN/ETH transaction when it was 236k everywhere else. They did not even generate an exchange receipt for this transaction. My emails are not being answered by them https://imgur.com/a/mgclW

Here is a screenshot from my account https://imgur.com/a/uPF24Yesterday this prompts was on their website .. "BITCOIN MAINTENANCE We had to start re-scanning our second oldest bitcoin wallet node, which means some incoming bitcoin transactions may take longer to post on your account even after they were confirmed on the network. BTC withdrawals are unaffected. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter." So I see the transaction on the blockchain network, and it has well over 100 confirmations. but no sign of it in my wallet. .

Wait for the reply. It is pointless to keep posting here without knowing what they are going to say. Especially when they warned that some incoming bitcoin transactions could take longer to post on your account.
If the replay is unsatisfactory, post it here.
It would be good as well that if your funds get deposited finally and/or you get a satisfactory reply, you post here to let everybody know.

Lucky guy. I'm waiting 72 Hours already. But it doesn't look like an exit scam to me yet.

Same here. I send about 48 hours ago 750 ripple to my account. No funds yet, not even pending. I already asked the helpdesk and they only answer on the question about the 20 ripple which had to be paid to open the ripple wallet and not on the question where my ripples are. Looks like I have to wait on my ripple till 72 hours or even more? Just tried to send some DOGE and they appear after an hour in my account. Why ripple take so long?
