I am selling 260 Avalon chips yet undelivered as part of Batch 4 with SebastianJus group order.  The chips should be arriving from the factory very shortly.  The order thread can be found here:

The latest update to the Batch 4 order is:

2013-06-09: Batch 1, 2, 3 and 4 changed their status from "Chips ordered" to "Sample-chip-shipped"

- Price - .17/chip
- Minimum 40 chips/order to make life simpler on SebastianJu

He will provide purchasers with a purchase address.  You will have 24 hours to send payment to reserve the chips.  He will then send the payment to my address.  Once the chips are ready for delivery you can provide him with a shipping address for the chips, whether it be your own or that of a PCB entity.
