you need do it

make a bitcoinquality.conf file in the data folder and just put the explorer's IP in it from the first post:
addnode=94.130.109.38

or on wallet  Help - Debug - console - addnode 94.130.109.38 add

go to %appdata% or simply press windows + R
find bitcoinquality folder
create new text document
and paste this ===> addnode=94.130.109.38
save as all file and name it ===> bitcoinquality.conf
done
start your wallet should be sync now
