16 players so far with the current potential pot at £320. I'll probably start collecting money on the 28th or so. Spread the word. If we can get 20 players we'll likely do 5 place payouts. We're also going to be doing a bonus prize for the person who gets the most points from one round so even if you're pretty far down the table and it looks like there's no chance of you winning one of the top prizes you'll still be able to potentially win something by getting the most points in one week.

Though I just see this for the first time but having a desire to participating in it and if given opportunities I will like to play this betting too. I have played betting when I was using betonmarket and 24option but have to close up because I lose money in it but now that I have a bit master panicking I can now risk some capital without mush fear of losing.

If I understood correctly when I read the first post, I will get 40 points if I predict the correct score and 10 if I predict which team will win. but if I join now would it be impossible for me to recover? I mean some players have hundreds of points and I will start from 0.

there will be a new pool betting, this will start in January and all players will start with 0 points, so everyone will have the same chance to win

As above, this is the whole point of the version 2 of the pool. It's for people who want to join in the fun but missed out on the original so it'll be a fresh start for everyone involved. The first round will start with the boxing day games and I'll start collecting money in mid next week so not long left if you want to join it.

I would accept bitcoin cash as long as everyone else involved was ok with it. I want the pot in all one coin, but I would prefer to stick to bitcoin as annoying as the fees have become.

Ok Thank You, one more thing are we required to join and create an account on the BBC's premier league predictor (Is this necessary for us to be part of the leaderboard?)? Or we can post or send you a pm about our predictions to the game?

You'll need to create an account on the BBC website. It's very quick and simple to do and takes probably less than a minute. I'll send everyone the invite link to join the league once they have paid.

I think it's going to be too much of a rush to collect all the money in and get everyone signed up to the BBC site and many people will be hungover or not on the forum new years eve/day so will miss predicting those games most likely. Also, if people sign up today or tomorrow they'll also be able to predict the City and Arsenal games which would mess things up if they did and give them an unfair advantage. So the Pool will officially start on Round 20 on the 13th of Jan. I will start collecting the money in on the 5th after the last game of Round 19 so that gives us plenty of time to get everything sorted for the Saturday games and hopefully get some more players involved.
