no we dont need new altcoins in order to keep the balance because balance will only depend on the consumer or the one that buys the crypto . you cant just restrict them from buying just because you wanted to have a balance crypto market . if people like to buy then let them buy , infact many people will get the most benefit if the price of cryptos will inflate too much .
