POLONIEX WITHDRAWAL ISSUE

so i was made SRT withdrawal in poloniex,
but after make my withdrawal the status said "Complete : error" so i decided to open tickets to their support team,

but their still no answer from them

It is a well known issue, that happens sometimes on poloniex, so that they already implemented this to their faq page

Open a ticket and give a headline:
Withdraw “COMPLETE: ERROR” 
So the chances are high, that you soon will get it solved by poloniex.

i have open ticket and the headline is withdrawal error, but still no answer yet and its already 2 day.

its my first time that i have this issue in poloniex, and im getting so stress out since this happened when im in emergency situation
i'm afraid that poloniex scam, if yes and everything its over for me.

just want to point out something, poloniex not scam right ? and they will fix this issue right ?

poloniex support is shit and we might have to wait for more than month to get answer or to get our problem solved.

Bittrex which used to be good alternative is now acting weird with lots of verification requirement, they keep changing their KYC policy almost every week and freeze users account without any warning. 

We have left with no good options, all centralized trading platform are just useless shits.

Its really big for me now. And also my situation its so emergency, i wish this can be solve fast

Im also hope big guys in bitcoin comunnity can help to solve this problem,

because i think if we just let this case get away its gonna bring big impact in crypto world,
if something bad in crypto world, bitcoin also gonna feel that impact big time.

There's not much things you can do. Poloniex is the worst exchange to get support and Bittrex is right behind them. But Bittrex has the difference that you can try direct support in the slack and they are pretty quick there if you get luck. Try open a lot of tickets and hope for the best until they respond you. I have a great tip for you. Try using this website to make a formal complaint. Since Poloniex is an enterprise, you can complain about them in this website here https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started I have seen several people getting a response from there.

How long has it been since you have contacted the support? A week or more than that? Maybe you didn't verify your details properly on the exchange ? If yes, then only support team can help you with that, nothing else. Good luck to ya if they really respond quickly, if not, also good luck. May you withdraw your SRT from poloniex without any casualties and with peace as soon as possible.
