The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Just a heads up. The bitcointalk wolves will soon devour this post...expect virtual blood and guts.
I'm sure you're well-intentioned, but you'll find most traders here, myself included, are incredibly reluctant to accept PayPal for BTC from a new member. For some folks on here, even Jesus himself wouldn't be able to buy here with PayPal. The fraud/scam indicators are way too high.
The risks associated with accepting PayPal as payment far exceeds any reward.
Good luck!

In other words, avoid to send first if you don't know what are you doing in order to avoid scams, don't desperate and make the right move.

I'm glad that's what you got from my post with your limited English capabilities. However. The point is that it doesn't matter who sends first, or second. OP can always chargeback for 180 days from today. The BTC seller is rarely the scammer in a PayPal (buy) and BTC (sell) case.

I won't name them here, but I recommend other trade sites. Some people on this site have been screwed badly. There is little trust for new people and understandably so.
I was recommended here by a friend recently. The site is awesome. But once I got here and started reading, I realized how many people are scammed on a daily basis. I'm sure you're not a scammer-at-heart, but you need to understand.
You're in a tough place and I get it. Sorry, but I highly doubt you will achieve your goal here because of scammers.
BTW, the huge markup you offer is rather suspect. I would advise being more realistic.

It doesn't matter about the site but the payment processor which is highly reversible and you need to be an stablished trader in order to use it at all. If you are able to take the money out of your Paypal account there'r another bunch of methods,eg- MoneyGram or Western Union. Under digital good section if you have some Amazon Giftcards with reciept is another way to buy bitcoins, sadly with Paypal is hard to make the things go smooth. If you check the stick post in Currency Exchange you'll see what I'm talking about

It is very wrong to tell someone he is incapacitated in a language you only speak English right?. I am sure that I can speak to you in several languages that you will not understand.

OP, I would love to do this deal with you, as I have around 0.03 BTC I'm looking to sell for PayPal. The problem is that you're a noob, and noobs can't be trusted with PP deals, so there's no way I or anyone with two synapsing neurons would ever deal with you. It's too damn risky, doesn't matter who sends first, or even if there's an escrow involved. So good luck but I think your offer is doomed.
