IPUMP's aim at providing lower fees as opposed to the ones in currenct circulation would be an edge over the competition, as long as it gains enough exposure and clout.  A trading system with rewards is an attractive incentive to use the platform.  I assume the more transactions you make, the higher you ranking goes?  keep this on radar.
