I want to start trading , should i buy Bitcoin or Etheureum first ?
Most people will say buy bitcoin and that's the right answer. Bitcoin is beginner and others only follow, if you understand bitcoin it will easy to make profit. Ethereum is the second alternative income after bitcoin, so if you fail with bitcoin or want another income, ethereum is the option. In regards of current bitcoin price I won't encourage anyone to make an investment there, more likely you should try to make ETH and later on make invests on ICO's. |

Good to know that you are starting trading, you choose a good way of earning, also you choose good and valuable coins for trading. Both are good, but i will suggest you, do trade with bitcoin. Bitcoin is better than Etheureum. But you should do hurry to buy the bitcoin, because every minute bitcoin has a different price. |

yes. I think you should start with eth. It's at a low price and is growing very fast. You will be rich if you invest in eth now. Current btc prices are too expensive. So investing eth is a smart thing.

In my opinion, Ethereum is safer than Bitcoin, lower price, less of risky if your capital is limited.
But I think bitcoin is best one to inverse your money.It's always greater than Ethereum, in bitcoin you will double or triple of your inversement. But in Ethereum, your profit will be low.I don't say you will get low profit, it based on the time and raise of the price . If I choice to hold Ethereum for a long term. Do you think Ethereum price will be pumped like Bitcoin? Or Bitcoin will be replaced by Ethereum in the future? It is simply out of question for ethereum to cross bitcoin in any way because it cannot have same investors just like bitcoin has right now. Bitcoin has the largest market among all digital currencies and all other coins including ethereum are dependent on it for their values. In short, ethereum can never ever pump up to bitcoin by any means. It can stand second to bitcoin but cannot surpass it or get equal to it. |

maybe today he can start with bitcoin because bitcoin is down too far than yesterday and if he can prepare his money to buy bitcoin and make sure that he can find a good time to buy, he can get much of bitcoin than yesterday. I think he needs to research how much the price is down so he can place his order buy and wait for a while. the ethereum price now is going to go up and if he can buy it at 2 days ago, I think he can sell it right now to take a profit.

In my opinion buy Bitcoin because more available altcoin that paired with Bitcoin to trade it, just like in Bittrex exchange. Many available altcoin to trade will be many opportunity to gain profit.

And just like what others opinion, you should understand and learn what is trading before dealing with this process because it was known as risky because it also has a disadvantage that you might lose your money. |

Current price based on coinmarketcap;
Bitcoin $17, 220
Ethereum $803
Bitcoin price seems decline since yesterday more than $3000 from $19,500 to the bottom line of $16,100.
On the other hand, ethereum price getting stronger over time and may reach $1000 in this month.
So, it's better to wait for a little longer until bitcoin reach $16,000 to buy it, but it's a good time to buy ethereum.
For the start, prefer to invest 50% in ethereum and wait until it reaches at least $1000 before extract your profits.
Then, if you can wait for a long time (>6 months), bitcoin is the best option for invest another 50% of your funds.

I think it is depend on how much money you got. BTC and ETH are both good. They both excel this year. If we analyze, ETH has a lower price than BTC. But the ETH price is increased more than 1000%. And based on that I think ETH has better potential than BTC. You have to pay attention giving those 2 coins a balance. Why? Coz you can buy both ETH and BTC. Remember, BTC is the root of all cryptos that we had today. So I think its better to invest on BTC too. I strongly suggest that you may start with basic knowledge about trading so that you can gain more techniques and youll be able to decide yourself on which coin you think is right choice for you. The bitcoin price is too much now if you have a lot of money better to buy but I think you wait for it to come down first. It's a good ethereum to make your first purchase for a long term and I believe it will be a good value for the future. If your budget for bitcoin is not enough then you must opt for ethereum instead. Ethereum has been hitting its own all-time lately and may head toward more price rise in the coming weeks especially after the holidays. Bitcoin price is still high even it is experiencing a correction and you need more cash to buy it. |

Both of them are very good though. Bitcoin as first revolutionary crypto currency, it is free and open worldwide, decentralized currency, anonymous, with low fees of transactions, and also having a big community supporting it. I'm use both currency for my trading and it was a best for trading.
