Poloniex
I initiated two withdrawal of Stellar Lumens to the same wallet on 11/29/2017. The smaller amount went through, but the larger one got stuck. On the Deposit And Withdrawal History Page, both withdrawals show up as "processing" with no txid. I already submitted tickets(#543028, 545152) but no response from Support.

Anyone having the same issues? What should i do? Any advice would be nice. Thank you.

Is it still stucked until now? If so your transaction might got redirected to manual processing which should take within 24 hours or in some cases it'll be longer than that.
Since you've already sent a support ticket, what you can do now is to only wait. It's not mandatory but it increases your chance to get a response from them if your support ticket is concise, easy to understand and followed by proofs e.g. screenshots, TXID's etc.

It's not always the case but most of the time if a certain coin is pumping there will be an unknown cause of withdrawal disruptions in poloniex.

Sorry to hear that. From time to time, Poloniex responds quicker to support tickets if you make a new thread in their subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/poloniex/) complaining about slow tickets answering. Do not forget to add your ticket numbers.

Unfortunately, it is up to them to process your payment ..  Sad

What do you guys think of filing a complaint to the BBB? I read some post on reddit that it helped expedite the response to their tickets.

Not much you can do if your ticket is ignored But I think trying to post a complaint on reddit or twitter will help you to get their response

It looks like Poloniex is having a massive stellar withdrawal issue. Some account holders are missing their lumens withdrawal 6 months back.

Have you tried contacting Poloniex on their Reddit or Twitter? Poloniex support is still as bad as previously.

Yup, I have a couple of posts on both twitter and Reddit regarding my issue. No luck. I guess I'll have to wait it out.

One month now and still no stellar lumens in my account. Let's see how long it takes for them to fix my withdrawal issue.

Hopefully they get to my issue this year haha. Anyone else having a withdrawal issue that's been taking longer then a month? Has anyone's withdrawal been resolved? How long did it take? I'm starting to believe my money is gone.
