Sent 0.66 BTC for one coin @ 10th July.
still haven't got my coin.
haven't got any confirmation from seller and no answer for my email...

Come on Piotr let's be fair about things. First of all you are in the UK... Shipping takes longer. Second you gave me less than 8 hours to respond to your email before you start publicly complaining.

You right! Sorry i'm just to impatient!
But, you should send any/some confirmation after transaction: "yes, i got your order", "got your payment" and "today i sent the coin" or something like this Smiley

Anyway. Thank you for the answer and one more time: sorry!

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I've ordered them on July 7th and they arrived after a week here to Europe! Excellent shipping and wonderful items. Both me and our kids love them a lot. I plan to take a nice picture of them .. waiting for good light and idea for the background ..

I wonder how much people would actually
buy these for if there were 100% pure gold.

It would be MORE then collectible.

Doubt most people would be able to afford it if it was.  Not to say there isn't necessarily a market for it but it would be small.

Ordered.  Very sweet.

+1 for a pic of the obverse.

Yeah, nice pic ... +1

And for the coin ... +10

Looking sweet!

This and bitbills are going in a safe deposit box.

Cheers,

Adam

How long did it take?  Still waiting on mine (July 7th); was figuring there is some backlog due to the postal strike before that.

I like the current version, I just got mine in yesterday, but I would also like to buy 1/2oz or 1oz silver coins.  $7 over spot sounds good.  As for design, I would prefer the old fashioned fiat look.
I like the simple look of the coin because it is similar to the signage used by commerce, but I like your idea for something like a bitbill to look more old fashioned.

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

I'd just like to throw this out there, what does everything think about the coin picture currently used on the site? Do they accurately represent the coins?
I did the photography for them, so I'm wondering what everyone thinks.

I think those pics make the coins look they have more of a matte finish rather than how polished they are.

I prefer my pot o' btc pic better Wink

Its interesting how people feel the need to make a picture of bitcoins, make medallions, or some other tangible representation of a bitcoin.  I don't think we need any picture or any representation of a what a bitcoin is.  It is digital, 0's and 1's.  What matters is that it each is unique, and that there is a way to trade them, whether on an exchange or person to person.

Its hard to leave the old way behind.  Grin

Reflections are sort of a tricky thing to photograph, you can either have a reflection, or you can have detail. It's nearly imposable to have both.

I think i'd like the coin better if it didn't have the website stamped onto it.
