Apparently 1.2.3 got tagged:

https://github.com/bulwark-crypto/Bulwark/releases/tag/1.2.3

No binaries yet.

BWK disappeared from Poolr altogether, let's hope that's just a sign of it being updated, and not being eradicated haha

They are being updated at the moment. =)

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Btw I find it weird (to say the least) that there's zero build info for Windows...

Just checking, if we open up our old/not updated wallets, will it update to the new/correct wallet automatically, or do we manually go into github to download the new wallet and go through those sort of steps. Thinking that many people might not be checking this forum or your website that often, so may not know they need to update.

No full builds are available yet as we aren't releasing it to the full network, just the pools currently.

I estimate a release in the next 12 or so hours unless anything changes for personal wallets.

Just checking, if we open up our old/not updated wallets, will it update to the new/correct wallet automatically, or do we manually go into github to download the new wallet and go through those sort of steps. Thinking that many people might not be checking this forum or your website that often, so may not know they need to update.

If you open and sync your wallet now, you should get synced up to around about block 98000 (where the spork has activated for most wallets).

UPDATE FOR EVERYBODY

If you find yourself or your masternode stuck on block 98000, it just means that all of your 1.2.3 peers are rejecting you until you update. Just sit tight and update the wallet upon release.

Once your wallet/MN is updated you will start being accepted by your 1.2.3 peers again and will catch up to the blockchain you are seeing on the pools' explorers.

One final note, if you are seeing payouts from your mining pools, but are not seeing them in your wallet, they were probably sent on one of the blocks after 98000 and will therefore be in your wallet once you update and sync.

TL;DR Sit tight, everything will be daijoubu  Cool

No, I mean info on how to build it on my own. There's build-osx.md and build-unix.md, but no Windows docs.

It is assumed that anyone using Windows would be too thick to build their own anyway. And all the halp questions the author of such a guide would have to deal with. Install a Linux virtual machine?

Now that's chauvinism, if I've ever seen it.

So I am new to Bulwark...downloaded windows wallet which is not updating was stuck at several different blocks yesterday now its 95115 18h behind I left it whole day but no joy. I wanted to mine this but guess its not a sure thing. Any tips or its wait time? I'm 18h behind, block 95115

Welcome to the team, friend!

Try doing the following:

Windows key + R

%appdata% and press enter

Bulwark folder

Delete everything except wallet.dat and masternode.conf

Run Bulwark-qt again

If you have further problems, I cover this at the end of the video here (5 minutes long)

Hi,

thank you for your help I did it and it got sync no issues...can you please recommend a decent pool I read lots of ppl having issues getting their mined coins from the pools due to the network split or what is it...I ain't that tech savvy but I am willing to try this coin. So any advice is welcomed .... bosd not paying out as several others as I see

https://pool.masterhash.us/

Give this a go!

Ok I just put half my cards on ETH half on BWK...and I am getting around 41-42 MH per card on 1070 dual. Is that ok? using same settings as for ETH

40-50 Mh/s is right for the 1070. Tho it's still not recommended to mine, since its still gambling atm ^^.

Yes I see no shares being registred even tho miner connects ok. Over 2h now and no payment registered for done work...I will wait for update and continue if gets sorted. Gl

Hope to see you again soon.

pool http://yiimp.poolofd32th.club mining 70 coins, even now in the pool of information there about what I do there is something mining, or I work for free? isn't that a Scam

What exactly are you trying to say? PoolOfD32th isn't scamming people, their pool should work fine now.

Wow nice thread. Good luck !

Thanks dude!

would like to add that if anyone is receiving MN rewards of 8.75 it doesnt mean that you are on the wrong chain or anything, its from private pools trying to deny MN payments, try to find the wallet of the miner reward from the TX id and post that wallet address in here or in discord.

will be happy when all these attacks end and the coin can move on Sad

I'm getting decent money mining btcp - until BWK gets fixed
Mining is not sustainable so BWK has better future - cities and states are already starting to clamp down on mining

Thanks for the guide!  Yeah I was just getting warnings, no real errors.  Wallet works nicely.  Thanks again!

There were several negative cases with other coins
Excellent work of developers to solve the problem with cryptography so smoothly and quickly.

Smoothly is a stretch tho, Poolr says it paid me 97 BWK, but in reality it's about 0.3 Cheesy

Hello,

just wanted to report that I made the update to 1.2.3 following the instructions and everything is fine, all coins mined are there.
Just a suggestion to keep the backup directory.

Recently Jay of Nanex exchange was talking about Bulwark as an interesting project.

Keeping a close eye on this, it would be awesome if its added for trading on nanex
