I made 2 purchases with these guys. Both were shipped from HK. I think they ship from the nearest located warehouses. I am from IN, so I think thats why they sent from HK. Since you are from UK, maybe they will ship from some warehouse located in EU.

Hmm... I guess they're probably all shipped from Asia then, but maybe OP can clarify. Maybe they're drop shipped or something? Did you have to pay any import taxes?

Yeah IIRC, I paid good amount of taxes when these were received by me in IN. On my first purchase (Galaxy Tab S 8.4), I paid a import duty worth 4565.28 INR (~74.214 $) and second time when I ordered Xperia Z Ultra + Canon Speedlite 430 EX II flash, I paid a import duty of 7850 INR (~127.58 $). I received them (the 2nd order goods) just 10 days back. But again, it depends on the import rules of your country. You can use http://dutycalculator.com/ to get an estimate.

I'd get raped if they put the full value down and it was shipped from outside the EU. £70+ extra on top according to that site so it wouldn't be worth it for me.

No, actually they devalue goods so that you have to pay the lowest possible import duty. I mean, even if you pay 600$ for a product, they declare the value of the goods to be something about 400$. But customs sometimes revalue goods. I can't actually guarantee you that customs will revalue them but my second order was first given an import duty of 5550 INR (~90.25 USD) but then the customs revalued it and I had to pay 7850 INR (~127.58 USD).

Hong Kong is a tax-free port with unbelievably cheap shipping options - perfect for an international business such as ours. We can import and export products from Hong Kong at a fraction of the cost than any other region. Sometimes we ship from Malaysia or Singapore, though this is usually a back-up option as the costs are significantly higher than Hong Kong.

Forgot to mention that we do have access to some stock in the UK. One of our suppliers just opened a warehouse in London. If you message me which products you are interested in I'll gladly check if they've got stock.
