12月1日，山东省十二届人大常委会第三十三次会议表决通过了《山东省禁毒条例》。根据《条例》规定，广播影视、文艺表演团体以及相关单位，邀请因吸毒行为被公安机关查处未满三年或者尚未戒除毒瘾的人员作为主创人员参与制作广播电视节目、参与文艺演出，或者播出其作为主创人员参与制作的电影、电视剧、广播电视节目的，由文化综合执法机构依法责令改正，并对邀请方、播出方处十万以上二十万以下的罚款。

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.
