Anyone having issues with Electroneum withdrawals at Crytopia?

I have 3 withdrawals processing and one has been processing over 36 hours!

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I'm not completely sure, but this is probably on Electroneum's side. Can you view the transaction on an Electroneum blockchain explorer? Electroneum's blockchain might be congested. Enter your transaction hash and check: https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/

That's the problem that there is no transaction hash. Please see the image link above.

Oh sorry. Missed the link. Have you tried contacting Cryptopia support about this? If not, I suggest that you do so. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Support

This is definitely concerning. Looking at your screenshot link, those withdrawals are a significant amount of money.

My suggestion: If the withdrawal still didn't go through and if they haven't responded with your complaint after approximately 48hours, I think you should escalate your complaint to Reddit. Post on both Cryptopia's subreddit[1] and Electroneum's subreddit[2], and maybe the cryptocurrency subreddit[3] to both warn people and grab Cryptopia's attention. Sometimes spreading information about an exchange's BS can usually help speedup the process.

Take a look over the subrredit of Cryptopia, there are a lot of people having trouble about withdrawing their funds via Electroneum.

Maybe it is their fault, i really think that it is possible, because only THOSE users are having those kind of issues.

I have not used cryptopia for more than three months, but far as i know, it is one of the most safest exchanges that i have ever used, maybe the best one.

I will go to the /r/crytopia and edit it in here if there are any updates about those users who are passing through the same.

I was wondering this but they could at least reply to their support tickets to put my mind at ease.

Yes, it seems a few people are having issues & I hope they resolve it shortly but the support is very poor!

I've used it a few times. they definitely seem to be a bit more maintenance heavy than other sites but that may also be to do with the amount of coins I've never heard of on there. I've had a couple of delays but it got through in the end.

Hmm. If I remember rightly it was about 30 hours or so for bitcore but I think they'd publicly stated the wallet was undergoing maintenance.

Dunno if they've done the same for this coin.

It now says Canceled   Wallet maintenance: Sweeping and the coins have been added back to my balance. What does this mean and should I just request the withdrawal again now?

It seems that the wallet is still in maintenance so not now, not until the wallet is working properly again. Even deposits are stopped due to this withdrawal issue. Just check back again later to see if the issue is resolved before requesting again.
