there's always two side of the story,

here's the last ticket I supposely "closed"

Why Do you keep ignoring my Ticket (#1236 opened in JULY), PM's & emails and ignoring other Batch 2 customers with problems.

Is it only people who call you a scam who will get any attention from you Bitsyncom?

I swear people don't even read, neotrix you never created a new ticket, I specifically asked you to do this in this thread if it was older than June.

I just dug through all this shit to find your ticket made in May which since then have been moved to a different system.

/facepalm

sigh; it's fixed.

I have sent in tickets since June 11th.  Ticket 1103, 1308, 1309 all contain my blockchain url and ask for any update whatsoever.  I still haven't heard a thing.  I ordered batch two, the coins cleared walletbit but I haven't received any confirmation from Avalon.  I paid my BTC, I am trying very hard to be patient but I want my ASIC!

So they didn't so much as acknowledge your problem?  No response to tickets at all?  I didn't think my faith could fall any lower....apparently I was wrong.

Yifu, if you are able to check on my tickets (1103, 1308, 1309) I would really appreciate it.  All the necessary info is in them, especially 1103.  Please and thanks!
