Quick excel math says 77.93383294 has been put in and 77.15613953 has been paid.  So it looks good to me.

Come on, just a few more people!  This is a great game!

I'm thinking it needs a lower max.  These high entries require too much time and scare people off.

Yes, probably at 18 (6 PM) in UTC, but  I'm not sure yet, could you suggest a better time?

I also want to know what ratio to choose for the next round? Keep the same - 1.2? Raise the ratio? Maybe make it even lower - smth like 1.1?

I like 1.2 as well, enough of a reward while keeping the gap from growing too large.

Sorry if I sound dumb but I don't understand. I send in my BTC and then what happens?

How is this a pyramid?

You send in your money, people send in money after in order to pay you back plus the 20% extra. That 20% extra begins adding up over time, meaning it takes longer for someone to get paid out. Eventually some people will not get paid back because the game ends. This is the type of thing Bernie Madoff did, except he scammed people into it without telling them what was going on.
