For the purpose of development, the AMT community decided to upgrade the VNS codenamed “NUT”. The upgrade includes:

1.The block difficulty algorithm is upgraded, which further improves the adaptability of the main network difficulty and the computing power matching, and enhances the flexibility of the main network difficulty adjustment.
2.The interface preparation for the subsequent EVM update, the new EVM update test has been completed, will be added according to the VNS ecological development progress.
3. VNS production changes, VNS standard production was adjusted from the original 735 million/year to 550 million/year, and the output was reduced by 25%. That is, the miner's single block reward is adjusted from the original 209.356VNS/block to 157.017VNS/block; the fund unlock is adjusted from the original 121.21VNS/block to 90.90VNS/block; the team unlock is adjusted from the original 18.359VNS/block to 13.769VNS/block. The production reduction is expected to last for one year. The follow-up AMT community will decide whether to continue to reduce production according to the development progress and actual demand of VNS, in order to maintain the effectiveness of VNS ecological infrastructure construction and strengthen ecosystem stability.

At present, VNS ecology has entered the track of high-speed development, and diversified technology applications have emerged in the system. In order to further encourage the emergence of new application technologies, improve the VNS application ecosystem, and respond to the increasing application demand, and uphold the community concept of "Pay is rewarded", this VNS technology developer incentive plan is hereby proposed.
All developers or teams participating in the development of VNS ecological technology have the opportunity to obtain the support of this incentive plan. The details are as follows:

I. access

According to the current or future needs of VNS ecology, develop high-quality applications and submit them to GitHub open source. After the team's review and adoption, the incentive plan manager will determine VNS rewards and issue them according to the code quality.
