Not possible. really? a market value of 1 million USD for digital currency qhich is not even by means of support from the governments since Bitcoin is volatile. Aldo, if this thing will somehow be possible, there will surely be more years to come since its market value is just only 11 000 USD at this moment.

Many people will join bitcoin in near future. But 1 million $ is still a very big number. If his predictions are true and we assume a price of 500k at the end of 2020 it will be a 50x rise, still good for investors.

if it will happen then its wrong to say that i wont be happy by that amount, but if wont then lets just say maybe someday. By my own prediction around 2020, it will rise high but maybe not as much as $1m, maybe around $200k or so.

1 Million is a big number, but definitely not impossible for Bitcoin , if everything goes in same way like today it can surely hit 1 million. But 3 year is a big time, anything can happen . There are many new big players in market now. Hope for the best.

I hope Bitcoin really has a value of $1 Million for 1 Bitcoin, many people say that in 2020 the movement of Bitcoin will be increasingly crazed.

I highly doubt that this is going to be a real possibility, the highest that bitcoin can reach in the year 2020 is at least $50,000. and though that value seems practical, I am sure that it can even surpass the value that i listed but it can never reach $ 1,000,000

Sounds a bit exaggerated but what do I know? Anything can happen with Bitcoin and we can see its value slowly rising lately. But if i have to offer my guess, I'd say 1 BTC would be valued at 100,000 by 2020. 

I think the same thing. I mean I believe in the high potential of bitcoin, and now, it's actually proving itself by continuously gaining and soaring in terms of price . However, if you would take a look at the recent market trends and movements during the years bitcoin has been around, it would be too exaggerated to say that it would rise to that much value of 1 million. Bitcoin has been around for about a decade now, it's price, even if it seems very high, has been brought about by a lot of changes, ups and downs, but then again, bitcoin is always surprising.

Ok you should never say never, but I will break the rules and say never will bitcoin be $1m by 2020.  It would have a market cap on its own of 18 trillion we can all pull numbers out of thin air but try and make them realstic Mr McAfee

I do not think that in 2020 Bitcoin's price will be 1 million dollars. Although, if you look at the intensity of Bitcoin's growth in recent times, you can believe it.

$ 1 million is a very fantastic and huge figure, to reach $ 1 million at the end of 2020 I do not believe and my thinking has not reached that much, I estimate that by the end of 2020 bitcoin prices could reach $ 40000 and that's a huge number or price.

Well judgement, I also don't think Bitcoin will not make that much price. $ 1 million is a massive amount of money. I know that Bitcoin is getting a profitable and credible currency day by day but it doesn't seem like that Bitcoin will reach as much.
I hope Bitcoin will be equal $12000 at the end of this year so it can be predictable that Bitcoin will be at least $40000 at the end of 2020. But $1 million is a day dream in my opinion.

I have to believe? Want to see this into real life and I hope nothing bad will happen to him and of course to me. $1,000,000 is a big amount and everyone thinks that it is exaggerated 3 years from now. But we can't control the force of adoption that is getting in to bitcoin, there is a chance and that will be small. Everything is depending on how bitcoin will be trusted by many investors, it will be such a nice day if it will happen.

I read the news and I am optimistic about the price of Bitcoin but it would be a much bold statement to predict the $1M within the short time span of 3 years. However, I am aware that we might see exponential growth in the coming years but again, I am sceptical about the $1M figure. Even if 1% of stocks, bonds, mutual funds are diverted to Bitcoin then the price will easily hit $100,000+ but it will take comparatively more time.

I think this topic should be moved to Speculation. Well, I don't think that bitcoin will make it $1M by 2020. Probably by 2025 is more realistic for it to attain it. Look, it's just 10k USD right now, but prediction is more on by 2025 for it to set another ATH of $1M.

You are right. In my post detailing on why I think that the BTC will be up to a million dollars, I never said what date it will attain it. I tend to agree that 2025 is more likely and that in the timeframe set by Kaspersky 100K is likely to be the achievable target.

This not impossible bitcoin is unpredictable and hard to analyze  in terms of value. Hopefully if this things happen i already got many bitcoins in my wallet and i will retire early in doing job for bitcoin.

if that is true, of course for us who are involved and joined in this btt community would be very happy. but no one can predict the future with certainty, I think there will be many new innovations from digital technology will certainly be more intelligent and sophisticated. let's wait for the future to speak

btc has risen sharply this year. I will continue to increase from now until the end of the year. but up to $ 1 million seems paranoid!

That really won't happen. Bitcoin now is not the one with small marketcap. I don't think it will hit even $100,000 by 2020.
