How are people predicting global demand for Bitcoin (in all countries, not just their native one) if this is something which we have never seen the likes of before? How can you predict the demand for a light bulb when it has just been invented and barely adopted? It's like we're at the point where we know the light bulb is a good thing for inside houses, but we're just realizing we can also use it to light our streets...

Bitcoin reaching $1 million sounds like a bit of a stretch. In just 2 years reaching $1 million from $14k sounds way too unrealistic. I feel like the only way it may reach $1 million is if the majority of the population joins in on bitcoin. But bitcoin itself deters people because of how volatile it is. It'll only reach $1 million under the most specific of circumstances.

Well, let us hope for the better future of btc and our better future too. We are all lucky if that may happen in the future. I hope by that time i already have a lot of btc.

Hoping for this because sure it will help many people to change there financial status in life and also many people become happy for that price increase because there holdings become more profitable on what they are expecting.

Well there`s so many prediction but $1 million in just a three years i think there`s a little chance but if if he was right then were happy all of us but for the mean time lets focus on what we have and what price we are dealing for no cause 2020 is long to wait if you invest now and wait for what he was saying

I read the news and I am optimistic about the price of Bitcoin but it would be a much bold statement to predict the $1M within the short time span of 3 years. However, I am aware that we might see exponential growth in the coming years but again, I am sceptical about the $1M figure. Even if 1% of stocks, bonds, mutual funds are diverted to Bitcoin then the price will easily hit $100,000+ but it will take comparatively more time.

Prediction of so high price is before time because people are just investing into bitcoin for the profit purpose and when the proper acceptance of bitcoin will occur then there will be chance to the price to climb 1 million as bitcoin is just in the starting and all this will continue until and unless the whole world accepts bitcoin and the major thing that will take price to the millions is the proper advertisement and root level use.

if we look at this stage a bit like Elon Musks's prediction of his upcoming rocket launch. "It will be exciting One way or another" I can not wait to see what happens at the end of 2020, either we see $ 1M / BTC or we see what McAfee does but this will also be a problem because there will be hackers where and definitely most bitcoin holders will be the target of criminals because the price is very mengiurkan and already there flimnya on YouTube try you see

Sounds a bit exaggerated but what do I know? Anything can happen with Bitcoin and we can see its value slowly rising lately. But if i have to offer my guess, I'd say 1 BTC would be valued at 100,000 by 2020. 

Yes, but it is not slowly rising, it's actually increasing rapidly. But for me, i dont think bitcoin will reach a million dollar just by 2020 because it's quite near and the gap of its value now from a million dollar is huge. Hi there Bit4UTeam! It could be hard to predict and even say that McAfee is right nor wrong. First, McAfee is not just an ordinary joe that could talk to people and announce what he think overnight. Second, based on the current price compare to past price, in a year bitcoin increase more than 2,000% which if could compute it could be theoretically be achieved if the same rate continue. Third, it could depend on the support of different company, ,the market and people thus price swing could be complicated based on this factors. At the end, who will oppose to the $1M price per bitcoin? Most of the people will love it.

Be realistic, predictions may be like that but we wait for it later. Maybe it could be less or maybe it could be more.

The worth $1,000,000 for 1 Bitcoin, this is a wild prediction, but i guess this is also possible since the predictions of the people that Bitcoin will reach $10,000 at the end of this year but it was reached already ahead of time, now in the first week of December 2017, the Bitcoin cost is worth $14,700 already today. So, that prediction of $1,000,000 by the end of year 2020 is possible.

Everyone has their own predictions, I myself predict the year 2020 bitcoin prices to reach $100,000 because it is reasonable that price is reached, given the growing bitcoin enthusiasts is directly proportional to the price increase.
