The issue right now is that the ICO world is a large one and you have said it; we have scams and good projects and really, it is even hard detecting the scams these days except if you can trust the team to do a good job. They already have a huge influence in the crypto space and while not all of them will last in the long run, a lot of them with some good projects and some daring team will end up doing well.
However, it is normal to expect the bubble to get bigger because what virtually 90% of users are seeing right now is profit and profit, not how the ICO is going to be making some pretty good impact in the long run and I would not blame them.

Projects with ready made products will definitely do well in the long run as long as they have a good team and they are able to push themselves enough. It is just like having various companies with different goals and objectives, but how they push and the ideas they bring to the table to solve problems, is what is making them to stay on top of their game right now. The ICO world is nothing different from this and it would take some real work for them to stay relevant at the end and in the midst of huge competitions, the team will have to work real hard.

it is hard to say really.
most of them look good with lots of ideas and promises. and there actually are so many that will look pretty awesome at first checking them and of course they are full of nice promises and they all seem to be set to change the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

but let me ask you one thing, how many of them do you know that have done any of the things they promised? i am talking about those that are now done with their fund-raising and have had a couple of months of work to give results.
my hopes are not high for ICO projects, sadly. it can be a nice thing but will it be? i am not so sure.

It depends on the ICO. At least two of them, FILECOIN TEZOS, raised over $200 million and another three, BANCOR, EOS  and PARAGON, raised over $100 million. If all ICOs failed there would be no new ICOs ever. Unfortunately you right in general, most of them have failed, and it's not recommended to invest your money in an ICO just after reading their promises.

Well, they are right maybe thousand of emerging ICO's projects are based on bitcoin and connected with blockchain. And almost of them are using ethereum fo their tokens, over all ICO's project are not going to success some of them like bubble they did not finished their project but their are some who will successful to hit their raising fund.

These projects will have a big influence for the blockchain specifically for ethereum smart contract platforms as the majority of ICO's are basing their tokens through ETH blockchain so this coin will gain a huge benefit from all ICO's not bitcoin, but some uses other platforms like NEM blockchains which they are calling their tokens mosaic and waves platform which supports token creation, big players and legit ICO's will surely bring a huge gain for eth while some scam coins will have a negative impacts for ETH and some cryptocurrencies.

Unfortunately, most ICOs do not reach the stage of ready-made and demanded product. This certainly negatively affects the blockchain industry, but projects that really benefit are changing for the better not only the blockchain industry, but also the world as a whole.

And that is one thing that can be very concerning. Some ICO will give you the promise of products and then at the end of the day just very few of them ends up achieving that. Honestly, the point is that, some team were never really serious and they were just after some quick bucks which has made the ICO space to become a real joke at the end.

It is certain that only project with sound products will last, no two ways about it. Bubble is something that would continue right now with the existence of so many whacked coins with instead of the team trying to build a product, they keep pumping for relevance and the users keep being FOMOs.

ICOs are promoting many projects. Some have really realistic goals since they also talk about block chain. Through signature campaign, they find advertisers to promote their projects. Some also make social media campaigns to be more effective. What I have observed is that at the end of every campaign (since it is the only thing that information me about the project ), I don't see any improvement aside from they have raised funds.
You are right that sometimes it could only turn out to be a scam.

The goals and team are the two major things that set every ICO apart and that is what is really going to help them to keep moving even in the phase of every challenge in the long run. The crypto space is not an easy one as there are so many projects to even deal with at once out there and we cannot say if at the end we are just going to keep seeing the bubbles.

It is a new world, but over time, the real value of all the cryptos will surface and by then that is what would make the relevant ones to survive.

Nowadays,ICOs are found to be the best way for raising huge funds for working out big projects.For this reason,even institutional companies have started launching ICOs.But at the same time,since such ICOs are totally new,most scammers have started to launch ICOs and run away with the raised funds mostly bitcoins and some times ethereum.ICOs have increased demand for bitcoins considerably.We earlier saw when china banned ICOs,immediately bitcoin price faced a fall.So,ICOs are a big boost to the bitcoin market and blockchain world.

ICOs have had some pretty big influence in the whole crypto ecosystem without doubts.
However, I would not say they have had much influence on BTC but BTC has rather ended up having much influence on them.

In the long run, a lot of these ICOs are going to get into the real space and get going well while it is definite not all of them would last. I believe some projects will bring a lot of usefulness into the crypto world at the end, but it would take some work to get there.

Even though these ICOs are more connected with ETH, BTC still benefits from it. Most people that invest in ICOs usually just dump their coins afterwards and buy BTC. So basically, even with some of these alts eventually failing, money still moves into BTC. With the increasing price of Bitcoins, it seems getting a profit from these ICOs and using the profit to buy bitcoins is becoming the more common way to earn a stake in BTC.

The impact you get from that in the long run is not much and honestly, it does not have much effect as real investors do not bother anyway as they hold for long. We cannot rule out the fact that what most investors think of these days is basically profit and which is why it would take some real push for ICOs with ready-made product to get the attention of real investors. Once they can push their product out and it becomes highly useful, that enough will drive the market to the moon.

ICOs have had some pretty big influence in the whole crypto ecosystem without doubts.
However, I would not say they have had much influence on BTC but BTC has rather ended up having much influence on them.

In the long run, a lot of these ICOs are going to get into the real space and get going well while it is definite not all of them would last. I believe some projects will bring a lot of usefulness into the crypto world at the end, but it would take some work to get there.

With what I'm experiencing today I can just say that bitcoin gets affected in bad way when such ICO's come into effect. Doesn't matter whether they are scam or legit because the investment is investment, once it is gone into that project then it goes out of the bitcoin market. Many of the users like me are investing into new projects of ICO from the earnings that are made from the BTC. This way the effect is on mass scale when it happens with thousands of users. There are not only one, two or 10 projects but 100's of them are out there and this increases the investment by many folds. Thus it eats market of the BTC and then it drops it badly. Just take the example of todays charts. All the alts are growing crazy and this has left the bitcoin into ambiguous situation of investment. So its mostly the negative effect on the bitcoin.

I believe that the more good ICOs emerge, the more people are attracted. Consequently, blockchain will develop continuously. Moreover, as BTC is still the most influencial cryptocurrency its price will raise. But there are many scammers which slow down the development of the industry.

Most icos are nothing but a copy of bitcoin we could say that they are inspired heavily by it, but I do not see the icos influencing bitcoin especially since many of those coins are nothing but an attempt of the developers to get money out of naïve investors, but even the little amount of serious coins that come out of it are not powerful or innovative enough to influence bitcoin at all.
