Since the coins is Scrypt, i believe its an ASIC algorithm.
In this case, can we actually mine it with GPU? Does GPU provides the Algorithm "Scrypt"?
If yes is it worth to mine with it?

You can mine it with GPU or CPU, but its not worth your time.

x32 version is working fine in windows x64, because it is backward compatible.

Do you mean that your current stake of your coin is 10x that it suppose to be as in OP = (20% in first year)?
If yes, this is normal because masternode haven't started yet.
