Well, you are asking way too much out of the whitepaper. It will not make SAGA to $20 again but it is definitely a good start. Investors want to have movement and progress in a coin before they put money in it and without any of those things, we will have a very hard time of reaching even the $1 mark. But, as I've said earlier, releasing the whitepaper is a good way to start that movement. If the team actually release it on end of May, it will definitely affect the price in a very good way.
