Hi! Most likely, that project was under attack the same way as Sharpay and they copied the letters from Sharpay for an answer. We are not familiar with that project.

I want to ask about unsold tokens. before I got answer that unsold tokens will be at company reserve for further sales on the market. Will they be locked for such time or company can sell it whenever they want  on the future announced exchanges?

Hi! Yes, all the unsold tokens will be transferred to company reserve for further sales to Webmasters.

When the Token Sale is completed but the listing on exchanges is not executed yet, if this occurs, tokens can be sold at a nominal price. We will take into consideration the project’s features, White Paper and a need of selling tokens to sites from the reserve.

When our tokens are listed on the exchanges, the market price will appear, then tokens will be sold at the market price (in case the price is higher). If the market price is below the nominal value (which is not excluded, taking into account volatility periods), tokens will be sold at nominal price (which is almost equivalent to the absence of sales from the system, as they can be bought cheaper on the exchanges).

They were FAKE! We did not send them! We did not ask for your private keys / wallets / ETH addresses! We did not start our Sharpay token distribution!

🔹Fake e-mails contained a link to a phishing sharpay(dot)tech page in .TECH domain zone. The domain of sharpay(dot)tech is not our domain! We do not use domains in other domain zones! We use the domain only in the .IO domain zone. We use only SHARPAY.IO domain!

🔹Do not click on the link, do not enter any private data! If you have clicked on the link, check your devices with anti-virus software!

🔹All your tokens are SAFE in your personal account on https://sale.sharpay.io!

🔹We will issue ERC20 Sharpay tokens in mid-late June. We will announce the agreements with exchanges in July. A special field for adding your ETH address is now hidden in our settings and will appear in your account in mid-late June 2018.
