No, Etherdelta is a completely different platform with different functionality. There is some similarity, as both platforms are decentralized. But still STREAMITY is an independent project with its own exchange functionality.

Etherdelta is a stock exchange with large commissions. Decentralized exchanges on the ETH platform cause huge damage to the coin due to the large number of transactions. Developers try to fix this, they will implement 3D blocking technology(sharding), but so far it has not been implemented.
