Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.

Well, that's risky, specially if you haven't been into crypto currency for long. You will end up panic selling and lose more than hoped. Going all in is not the solution.

This thread is mind numbing, but Kudos to those that have balls of steel and go all in.  If I had a strong family support system where if I lost one of my biggest possessions I could still survive would be a necessity.

weight for such high speculation. I'm not sure I can do such a thing. yes but I know, bitcoin is always profitable in the next few months. right now I'm waiting for bitcoin down to the lowest level, I'll just buy with the money I save, not to sell the house.

If you sell your house when bitcoin is cheap, let's say $5k and then you reach $20k in bitcoin, it's amazing. I heard some people could do this in the past and they became rich.

But this is very dangerous just like gambling.

In fact trading bitcoin is unpredictable although still there is too much potential in the price of  bitcoin but still i do not think that it will be a wise decision because bitcoin price can even fell down and one can even lose its all investment, i think we should invest spare amount money that we have, or should invest such amount of money that we can afford to lose.

2 months on street i cant even imagine to sell my house for investments in bitcoin because it has already arose too much if it falls than what will be mine , i will be on road side lying just like the beggers . I  think investing from the reserved cash is better whose lose will just hurt a little bit not ruin the whole life

You don't need to sell your house to get money to buy BTC. A better way will be when you take out a mortgage secured by your house as a collateral. You will get money for investment with a low interest and you will have still the roof over your head.

I wonder how people feel now who obeyed such advice, sold their house and bought bitcoins for this money at a time when it grew in price to about $ 20,000? Or have they taken a loan against their house? A loan is already slowly on the return,
At the same time, the price of bitcoin has fallen and it is unknown when it will grow. While these people are very badly lost financially. Therefore, it is better not to play in such gambling.

I always believe that when the opportunity seems too good to be true, there will always be chances to lose big money. I can't deny that it's good, but i will rather invest in ALT coins or ico with the amount of bitcoins.

Since I don't own any properties, I will not do this. Why do you need to do this ? why not focus more on getting money without sacrificing all your memories with your house. Yes bitcoin is really profitable but doing this is not an Ideal thing, save money then invest on bitcoin later on.

It is not wise to do such. Some people say that bitcoin is a bubble. We will never know when will its price go up and down. It is better if we will just invest in a smart way. But there are also other people who can really handle such risk.

Definitely. If someone does sell their house and invest in bitcoin (or any other investment tool) that means he is newbie or he is gambling. we should all know that we cannot invest all our money to one instrument. in case it crashes, we would lose all of our money.

If you have 5 houses, why not ? Just don't sell your only house, bitcoin is a long term investment.

What will happen if the price of Bitcoin will go down? LOL. Don't make Bitcoin as a gamble of your daily life.

It is just a theory since the end of the September the price of the BTC is just increasing like hell. If I would have done that than I would have owned 3 Ferraries without doing a pretty much.
I think that it is not advisable to sell your home to Bitcoin because of the many risks that may occur, you also know that the price of Bitcoin has fluctuated a lot in recent months, getting great profits from it is unlikely. Can you be sure that if you sell your home and invest in it without risk?

Though I agree that it is not practical to sell a house for investment in bitcoin, I would still like to go against your comment that biotin investment is a crazy thing? Let me tell you, it is not crazy to invest on things that will provide you an income in the future without any worries.

Being a bitcoin investor takes a lot of risks in a strategical manner.  It just takes a good education and experience in investing so there should be no worries.

Surely there are smarter ways to earn money than selling your house.

I agree maybe take a loan out with low interest... diversify 33% BTC 33% XRP/ETH and 33% across the top 100... take 1% and put it on a nanocap and hope it goes 1000x

That's what I would consider before outright selling

It's too risky, do not you think so? Bitcoin is great, but you should have an airbag in case of failure. Krptorynok is very young and unpredictable.

I don't think this is better way, what if price eventually dropped.

Invest in bitcoin but at least keep some money in your pocket so that you won't struggle for survival.
