I agree, even if those common gamblers don't have that high funds it will still add up to their profits since millions of gamblers now are not in high rollers or VIPs in junkets. I will be hoping for this to happened after they fulfilled all their goals.

Can you not see the idea on it? if they put free faucets there. It will have more traffic in the site also they can profit by putting advertisement in the site. More traffic= more potential customers and investors.
