This token doesn't have premine coins because we think that is better if the community determines how many Petro coins will exist.

A future idea is creating a Monero fork to avoid the Venezuelan government restriction.

Yes, the road will be hard. Thanks for your words. Venezuela has a lot of transactions over Bitcoin, but the current Bitcoin supply is not enough to replace the Bolivar in Venezuela. We try to supply it.
