I myself know bitcoin already a few years ago. even when the price ever touches $ 150. but unfortunately I did not keep my bitcoin for a long time. so even though the current price is very high it does not have much effect on my economy. too bad. but I started collecting and holding back hoping the price after this would be higher. because you know the marketcap is getting bigger so the price will higher also

it was year 2010 i think when i first heard about bitcoin but i just ignore it until i saw my friend,my classmate in general showing his earnings with bitcoin and i made a decision to try it by january 2017,btc value is just 45k php in our currency or $900 only.,

Even two days after you made this thread the price climbed to over $16k. Bitcoin is an amazing phenomenal.

The first time I learnt about Bitcoin was in December 2017. How I missed its inception in 2009 is what I still can't explain till now having been an online person all that while. Well, in December the price was around $800+ or thereabouts. Then no analysis pointed to bitcoin doing over a 200% in price increase. But here we are today.

The first time I saw bitcoin price was 185 dollars and I thought it was very high for something you could not touch with your hands and that made me curious about that and then I began researching about it and I understood that it was probably undervalued, but I did not had any money so I missed my opportunity if I invested in bitcoin at that time I will be in a very good economic position.

I am new here in bitcointalk, I started last month and I saw that the price of bitcoin is 6400 dollars. As I pursue to learn bitcoin and cryptocurrency, I don't expect that bitcoin rise up rapidly until I saw a thread that tackles about the price of bitcoin and I shocked when I saw that the price goes up.

If I remember it correctly the price value of Bitcoin back then was $800-$1000 year 2014-2015. back then I was just browsing the net claiming free satoshi thru faucets not knowing that bitcoin really has a value. If I could just turn back the time, i'll keep my bitcoin and invest it.

Way back in 2012 the price of bitcoin is cheap and it is easy to earn bitcoin before. I think the price before is 200+ usd that's when I stopped in bitcoin but when I came back this year I was shock in the price until this month in our local currency when you convert it the value is almost one million in our local currency.

I remember before, the first time I learned about bitcoin, I think its jan/feb this year that the price of it is in $1000's and because of it high price, my first impression of it is another scam. And then just this November, my friend convince me that I need to invest to bitcoin, and well I just do what he said.

i know bitcoin one year a go and the price is $1200 at that time, now it already get 10x, but unfortunately, my asset didnt run faster than bitcoin because i thought altcoin will give me more profits than bitcoin, now i am wrong

I knew about bitcoin about 3 years ago but I never cared to know about the price. I think if I recall it was around $300. Anyway, I'm pretty mad like all of you but hey, you live and learn. Made my first investment when it was $4500

Actually, when I first discovered bitcoin because my friend finished the bitcoin then at 200k or so? then now wow I was really surprised when the price of bitcoin raised just days ago was 300k, then went to 500k to 600k but now wow I'm really going to be 800k now!

but hopefully the bitcoin price will increase and no longer have to lower the price.

When I first purchased Bitcoins in 2014, the exchange rate was around $700 per coin. But I paid almost 20% premium, as the local exchange rates in India were much higher than the global exchange rates. After I purchased the coins, the rates went down for almost 2 years. The break even price was reached sometime in 2016, when I sold a part of my stash.
