I run GUIminer for 1 hour and stop. GUIminer shows 462 accepted shares.

I log into BTC Guild site and it shows only 302 accepted shares. I wait 1 hour and log into BTC Guild again. Still only 302 accepted shares.

Why difference? Where did 160 shares go? Should I change miner, pool or something else?

Thanks!

It could be that they are in the current round and aren't showing on the stats page yet.  You won't find a better pool than BTCGuild.

The pool you using may be verifying the shares you sended.

It turned out to be GUI Miner bug. I installed cgminer and it reports the same number of accepted shares as BTC Guild site.

CGMiner is hands down the better piece of software. If you still want a nice GUI to look at, which will also automate mining and provide other useful features, I recommend CGWatcher http://manotechnology.blogspot.com/p/cgwatcher.html
