Bitcoin address used to sign: 1RichGe5xNJuMk6F84JqTjn6rwovvDe79
Code:
I am willing to loan out 1 BTC (and if necessary, use escrow)

Loans will have 7.5% interest. If you are late paying, late fees will be 5% of the loan (including interest) per day until the debt has been paid off.

After one (1) month of nonpayment, the loan will be considered "defaulted on".

For me to accept a loan request, you must sign this message with your bitcoin address, and send the signed message with your bitcoin address for me to verify.

Thank you!

After a few weeks of nothing but new members asking for loans, this offer is now closed.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Always put a date in a signed message.
Else, I can just copy/paste the message and signature, and reuse it in 6 months.

Oh, and do not lend to Joseph, he's a known scammer trying desperatly to get some coins to play poker.

[OVER] RIDDLES 2nd edition --- this was claimed. Look out for 3rd edition!
I won't ever ask for a loan nor offer any escrow service. If I do, please consider my account as hacked.

I'm still trying for a 1 BTC loan, 7.5% sounds fair. Repayment would be this Thursday, or even better next Thursday if that's acceptable.

BTC address is in my signature.

I couldn't imagine anyone being more than a day late on this... or else they will definitely default on it.

Because of your low member ranking, I will need some form of collateral.

Maybe 10-20% down payment (just in case).

You should probably send some of it to repay your current outstanding loan first: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=238412.0 Smiley

Hi RichG,
Hope all is well with you.

I was wondering if this offer is still available?

I was hoping you could help me out with this 1BTC loan.

Thanks for your time.
