the op is talking about bounty campaigns here and not signature campaign. signature campaigns are not long terms and they also pays in bitcoin but some payouts are mixed with bitcoins plus tokens. bounty campaigns are usually longer than signature campaigns because they take roughly two to three months before the ico ends and then they can take an additional of one month for the calculations and distributions of the tokens.

Yes there are signature bounties that are giving away tokens weekly and some are every 2 weeks and some are monthly and mostly at the end of ICO. Bounties are easy to join and you can get qualified with it by just putting your application and let the manage review it but you have to be confident since they also want to have many participants so it's likely you will be accepted 100%.

There is no ICO is paying to us on weekly basis at all bro. Every bounty campaign manages that weekly basis on the post counting but the payment alone made by the campaign manager in the end of the ICO token sale.
You will get the payment in Bitcoin with the very few bounty campaigns and if you want to get paid in btc alone you have to get involved in the signature campaign to make the btc. but the signature campaign may run for 1 week or more than any.
