I try to send some Ether. But I can't. I'm using MEW with Metamask. I select 10 GWEI price, but I'm getting "Transaction Underpriced" error.

And why are you setting it to 10 GWEI ?
Put 21. Almost at all times in MEW, you just need to fill in the address and the amount you're sending (be it ether or tokens) and it fills in the appropriate amount of fees. No need for you to change anything.

yesterday i withdraw from etherdelta to myetherwallet with 10 gwei, but always failed
and then i,m up the gas price to 30 gwei and success, because etherscan miner was very busy

No not actually I think he had the problem with gwei. But yes those kitties are giving problems.

Ampersand stated the correct issue here, it's cryptokitties. A lot of people think you need a high minimum gwei like 10 or even 20+. I've sent hundreds of transactions within minutes using 0.1 Gwei through MEW. The reason even high GWEI isn't working now isn't because the gas/gwei isn't high enough.. it's because of cryptokitties.

What are you talking about ? The transaction just went through with 21 as I told him.
It doesn't cost anything really !
You call $0.20 to send $247 a lot of fees ? You must've been living under a rock for the last two months.
