So it will be more better to buy at this dump otherwise you will loss the chance again because once if bitcoin will get start to increase price then it will not be easy for bitcoin to stop itself rise in price because the main reason is that bitcoin is at very high demand and this is not going for any end ( as many people are saying ) .
So better to buy now Instead to wait and also you can look for another coins like etherium , bitcoin gold etc .

I would choose the first choice : buying immediately, because BTC price is going up with time, and even if it looks a bit high nowadays but it is most likely going to become much higher in the future. Ans as I like holding BTC for long term, I decide to buying whatever the price (as long as my budget allow me to buying) and holding until the price increase again.
