You are right, but the ICO's purpose doesn’t not only include collecting money, there are others. Firstly, thanks to the ICO, a lot of potential users will find out about the platform. Secondly, this is an excellent way to distribute tokens. Thirdly, through the ICO, we demonstrate our involvement in crypto markets and fourthly, ICO allows you to collect investment faster than through trade.

Will the user feedback be considered?
Of course, each user will have the opportunity to leave their feedback, which will be analysed and taken into account. In addition, we will track all of the questions submitted to the support service.

The smart contracts concluded within the platform will have exactly the same force as any other contracts signed by the two parties. Legally, they are no different from those that you sign with your lawyer or an accountant to provide professional services on their part.

Check out what analytics write here. And I totally agree. https://www.weusecoins.com/bitcoin-trading , crypto trading is really easy. Everybody collects bitcoins, then, at some point drops it or transfers it to altcoins. Then after the prices fall everyone buys them for cheap. Then the rise again and corrections. And so on. This is the algorithm. What else do you need? A platform? I've heard nothing about it

Though, you can never be sure that everything will always remain the same. Besides, the algorithm trading is not trying to predict global market movements, it enables you to make money from local market movements. You can do it 24/7 without having to constantly monitor conversion rates..

For individual trading, we would recommend an amount of at least $ 10 000. For investors who have less, a mechanism for collective investment is available.

If whatever you develop is successful it will be copied for sure.
Of course, almost all successful ideas, get copied sooner or later fully or in part. In our case, even though there is such a risk, it is minimal. It will hardly inflict serious damage. Even if the source code is known, it still has to be an enormous work putting a team together, attracting creators and investors. All that with no guarantee for success. And finally, we are actively developing. While others will spend time trying to copy us, Tradingene will always be far ahead.

If we think about the legal side of the issue, the smart-contract signed within the platform Tradingene is essentially the same contract as you would sign in the 'real' world. A smart contract is not about the content, it is just another form of the contract. Signing a smart-contract implies that it is enforced immediately after onset of certain conditions. The legal basis is no different from the one that is regulated under the civil or administrative code of the Russian Federation. You are right, currently no smart contract has yet become the subject of legal proceedings. Well, everything happens for the first time at some point ☺

Within the platform, of course, a communication platform will be available. In addition, there will be a subscription for analytical materials, market reviews, etc..
