No matter how long will the correction continue and from which levels(maybe now is not correction but only consolidation before another run) - bitcoin need to be 1 million bucks in 2020, because I dont want to see McAfee eating his ... oh God I dont even want to imagine it Grin

Let that bubble burst if you believe that bitcoin is a bubble. This has been said thousand times and look on where bitcoin is, still thinking that bitcoin is a bubble? Comparing the chart from few years ago? You can have that technical analysis and comparison but we had different thoughts about bitcoin. If bitcoin is a bubble from this years mid run it should pop but what happened, it didn't. So when it reached $14,000 , $15,000 - $20,000 - $100,000 - $1,000,000 it is still a bubble?

Not paying attention on your words we should ascertain the fact that Bitcoin price really was a bubble in some extent and it was corrected. The price had become more realistic than it was before under the press of promotion and popularity.

Believe that the price correction of bitcoin has got over. Now it seems to be the time for a next level of growth initiation and reach the price that's been targeted long back. As the price had started to show signs of positive growth, now people have started to be into the process of holding to get the best by the new year.

People get so  terrified whenever the price retraces down in the natural movements of the market. Corrections are actually healty for long term growth.

What's missing from the graphs? The grand correction is coming soon.
Updated: As shown the correction occurred at roughly 20k on Bitfiniex, approximately 8k USD more than when this was posted. But the correction is occurring, just like 2013

Now, we are entering a second bull-rush period, followed by potentially a third, before the steady recession. Bitcoin is nearly repeating the same pattern it did 4 years ago. History always repeats itself.

Exactly the same as what happen four years ago, couldnt be more predictable .

I find it quite difficult to compare the current conditions of bitcoin with those that prevailed four years ago. I think that at the present time the speculative game has completely seized bitcoin and it is impossible to repeat a behavior similar to that of 2013. On the one hand, it is difficult for large investors who are interested in bitcoin today to be willing to let the bitcoin price fall for too long. But on the other hand speculators do not seem willing to let the price of bitcoin grow much without taking profits, in a clear pump and dump scheme. Therefore I would not be surprised to see the bitcoin move for a long time in the current range between $20,000 and $13,000.

History always repeats itself.

Nothing more dangerous and unexactly than reading the markets with history in mind...
Trading is not history, it has nothing to do with history, it´s totally unpredictable what´s going on tomorrow...

The problem is not the market. wich´s now over 600billion $.... it´s Bitcoin loosing dominance in that market (32% as of now when it used to be 85% a few months back, it was never such lower dominance)...

This is not a bubble burst... it´s called "sacalabillity problem". Sending 70$ of BTC today cost like the same amount in fees (check exodus wallet) for the average user who dunno to adjust regular fee... and that´s increasing everyday....
The money you see out of bitcoin is not going out of the market, it´s going to ALTS...  they had the best month in history... it´s not 2013, it´s a new scenario

And that will keep like this untill BTC fix their broken network...

There are too many bad news  for Bitcoin these days, ad the price is heading for a dip, dont know how long will this carry on. Maybe altcoins will take advantage of this situation and rising rapidly.

Yes, I think the current price drop is just a corrective process to correct irrational investments, but bitcoin will continue to rise, no doubt.

Bitcoin soon met with high price increases in short time. I suppose that the balloon rumors are still around because of these sudden ups and downs. In the next 5 years, I think that the price of bitcoin will be 50.000 USD.
If you invested in Bitcoin while the price was low then decided to go with your analysis then you would've made some real money off this…

Many people think cryptocurrency is the bubble, there will be a day not far away completely disappear. But in my view, cryptocurrency will be the future of finance as well as currency. The recent increase in Bitcoin's abnormalities is quite normal in the cryptocurrency market. One thing you can clearly see is the increasing cryptocurrency market. Coin attracts a lot of capital from organizations as well as individuals. The next 10 years, Bitcoin in particular and other cryptos will grow strongly.

You can only know it's a bubble when it's over Cheesy
IMO BTC won't crash like some people hope it would.
But only if the community (LEADERS Tongue) find consense.
You have  BTC pairs on every exchange.
What would people use a reference? Sure there are alternatives in the top ten.

And for the people who say BTC will hit 0$.... not in the next 10 years folks Cheesy
If it ever got below "censored"$ I'd buy some more just for the sake of having more Cheesy
Think about that

I think bitcoin price really get crash yesterday because, from the $19k, we see the price is down too far until $12k but gladly, the price starts to increase again. but I don't think that bitcoin will hit $0 because bitcoin now become famous among us and I see people take some attention with bitcoin and it seems, they want to take a part in the cryptocurrency world. so if they can buy more bitcoin in yesterday, I think now they can sell it to make a profit.

For now, bitcoin is a bubble in the short run of $20,000, and now it's fixed, and it's going to keep going up.

I think bitcoin's price in the market have already been corrected. The price right now is 14K and will be going back to 20K again. I hope it will happen soon.

Let's see. I also think the dump is over. who knows

Well, no one really knows. Bitcoins movements is very unpredictable. But I hope it will reach the 20k mark again. Since the holiday season was over.

if 15k will be break out then we will see the price to jumped back to 20k and reached another height, I believed that bitcoin really giving us some
good view, if we know how to analyze then its time to buy and make some good earnings, no doubt that this test will be followed by support and
newer investors.

I tend to agree with the people who are predicting Bitcoin will hit $100,000 or more, over the people who are predicting a crash.  Bitcoin is still the standard, and for all of it's current flaws, my understanding is that some of the biggest ones are fixable.  The bubble is going to burst until the market hits a saturation point, and we are still very far from that.

Bitcoin volatility is the reason for it's strength. I hope in the future bitcoin will be stable and serious economy planing can depend on it's stability! We need a stable bitcoin before worldwide adoption!

Although there is a bubble in bitcoin, there is no denying that bitcoin will continue to rise because the current bubble is not big enough, so the price continues to rise.
