It's too early for us to put an end to the bitcoin. We still have to watch the take-off of bitcoin. I think that the price for bitcoin should soar to unbelievable values. Too much money has been invested in bitcoin, so he will not die yet.

Bubble going to correction because many investors going to altcoins to make good profit with new altcoins wich have potential

I agree with you, I think bitcoin is not interesting anymore, because there are so many newly emerging coins that have better ideas and potential in the future, besides, maybe since bitcoin prices go down, people are also hooked on panic sells, so bitcoin prices are getting decreased

In the future, several altcoins will probably occupy the first three places at a price. Bitcoin will retire, but this will not happen in this year.  Smiley

Let's expect another sharp increase again, this scenario is familiar this was like September last year when China banned its citizen of bitcoin. Instead of bursting the bubble the price reached a big ATH.

It seems to me that this is a temporary phenomenon. The usual market situation. "Messenger from the future," giving a forecast for the price of 100,000 bitcoins in 2019 can not be mistaken. Grin I expect growth.  Smiley

this is possible, unless people will treat bitcoin as gold and will hold it for long term, less in day to day  circulation - higher price

I feel like i'm back in 2013-2014 with these markets. Final updated point to the thread, basically everything that happend in 2013. Some would claim it's because of news, i would claim this is natural.

I do not think that bitcoin is a bubble. Bitcoin will prove that he is not a bubble over and over again. Gradually, people will understand that the crypto currency is our future.

In order to prove that this theory is erroneous bitcoin just need to grow in price for example to $ 30,000 - $ 40,000 this year. I'm not sure that bitcoin is a bubble, but in any case time will show who is right.  Cheesy

The graphs given here are of course very obvious. But it does not seem to me that you can not see the future. Yes, you can make a prediction that some event will happen with a certain probability in the future, but this is only a possibility.  Wink

The bitcoin has risen so much and rapidly so the correction was inevitable but the question is how much this correction will be and how much it will last. I wonder if it will see the dip again like in past years.

After rapid and strong growth the price of bitcoin falls and this is just the law of the market. There can not be a constant growth as well as fall. And this means that soon bitcoin will start to grow again. I do not believe that bitcoin will move sideways for a long time.

I hope you are right. We can not predict much, but this bitcoin correction was expected. The growth rate of bitcoin can not be eternal. As well as the fall of bitcoin...

I'm afraid that with such a $ 100,000 course bitcoin can explode. Bitcoin is a speculative coin, which is little provided with real funds and capital. How can its course achieve this unbelivable amount? Only by swindling and speculation. People just stop believing in it

I cannot imagine what will happen if the bitcoin price increase until $100,000 and I think many people will become the richest people in their city and they can be famous in their city. and once the bitcoin price raises that number, we can see that many people will be shocked and will join into bitcoin world immediately. but personally, we are still far to reach that number and I think there are many things that we need to be solved or to be fixed before the price jump at that price.

It is really the big problem right now in bitcoin. High transaction fees and slow transaction process, if there is a reason for bitcoins to burst. I guess it is because of that.

https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html

There you go, hope you can get yourself at least somewhat up to speed. Then you will maybe stop writing obvious fallacies on the forum.

Bitcoin transactions are near the lows and happen fast.

Man this is an interesting read, going back to the first post when there is no bubble & comments suggesting there wont be a correction - then the realisation that oh yes there sure as hell is a correction going on.... but that is all it is.
People invest to make money, if there is a huge increase in price over the space of a month or two of course people are going to sell, history, economics, human nature dictates that. Lets just ride it out, this is still early in Crypto land & adoption is still miniscule compared to where it will be in a few years. Fascinated to see how the story develops  Smiley

LOL! I've heard of this nonsense of "the bubble is going to burst" since Bitcoin was only worth $100.

It will indeed have a price correction (it's very much overbought today) but that's hardly a "bubble that is going to burst".

Live with it.... Bitcoin is HERE TO STAY and especially GROW STRONGER.

and those bubbles have busted every time, until there was a new major growth indication, mostly led by volume and etc. Those downfalls lasted many months.

No one here is talking about the longevity or the regrowth to new heights, we are talking about the current climate.

We're entering new territory, and as i had somewhere predicted that we'd see a 5k Bitcoin back in December 17', which will not be entirely unreasonable at this current time.

Everything that's occurring with Bitcoin now, has already occurred 3-5 years ago.

If the BTC is a bubble, it has been destroyed a few years ago, and the blockchain technology has been developing, and BTC should always be valuable in a few decades.

All right. Honestly, I am not good in Technical analysis and Fundamental analysis.
I will follow this lead. It seems you are right. I just save my 50% assets to FIAT.
