Hello Crypto Community,

the long-standing members might remember the prediction thread created in 2014 which was based on an artificial neural network and was created as a hobby project.

Fast forwarding nearly four years the world of bitcoin, blockchain, data science and artificial intelligence nearly completely changed.

Cloud services and cloud computing are common and cost efficient, advances in hardware and software development made machine learning and especially deep learning becoming affordable and it is starting to be widely used among businesses, the revolution of the immutable blockchain is clearly beginning to unfold while Bitcoin is at an all time high of 13.400 $ and the crypto marketcap at 378.4 billion $.

Therefore our group of leading scientist and bitcoin enthusiast decided to found project Peculium - combining the power of AI with the revolution of the blockchain to create AIΞVE, the financial adviser of the future.  
She will advise users while trading or on their wish manage their savings in the cryptocurrency markets!
The Peculium platform itself is created through a smart contract and powered by the Ethereum blockchain.
It is a crypto savings platform which will enable a secure and legal entry for common and institutional investors into the crypto ecosystem.

The ultimate goal of our project is to stabilize the volatility of the market through new saving mechanisms.
AIΞVE should not be solely though of as a classical trading tool (Wall Street like trading algorithms) but as a solution for the people to secure and bring confidence into the crypto and bitcoin ecosystem.

Even though our AI which is based on automatic machine learning is quite young - version 0.1, includes only a part of her planned abilities regarding predictive analytics and that we still need funding - we believe she can already manage to forecast the market price of Bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies within an acceptable error margin of 3.4% especially under the fact that she is autonomously learning from her mistakes.

For this reason we would like to publish the first prediction results of our creation we are calling AIΞVE - and at the same time propose the Crypto Community a little challenge!

Every day at 02:00 GMT+0 AIΞVE will make a price prediction of the ETH, DASH and LTC price for the next day at 00:00 GMT+0.

Human participants have time until 02:00 (+00:30 h extra time as a prediction advantage) GMT+0 to post their price predictions for the next day at 00:00 GMT+0 in this thread.
If you edit your prediction post it will become invalid and will not be counted!

Example: If you wish to make a prediction for the price on friday 08.12.2017 23:59:59 GMT+0 then you would need to post you prediction until the latest on friday 08.12.2017 at 02:30 GMT+0.

The winner of the challenge is the participant - human or AI - who has the least prediction error averaged from her/his best daily predictions.
If you miss a prediction date(s) then your missing prediction(s) will be calculated as the average error of all human predictions for that day.

Reminds me of the "Next bonus ball" trick where you sent spam email to say 100,000 people saying the bonus ball with be X number next week. By end of first week, if there's 50 balls 49 will be wrong and 1 will be right. So you're left with 2000 people who think you predicted right. Repeat the week after to those 2000 people and suddenly 40 people now think you've guessed the bonus ball two weeks in a row and are perfectly vulnerable to be scammed.

Only in this case there's more margin for error!

Hope my prediction is correct. ETH will go up if it can solve congestion issue. But it seems not possible today. It will take some hours to be resolved. And I think AIEVE is doing great job. More or less, it is predicting almost real prices of BTC and ALTs

The price of ETH is losing serious ground to BTC.    But beyond that, I don't see how anyone can have confidence in ETH if it can get so congested by a game.


I took my money out of ETH and put it into BTC for the time being.   Seems to be a wise choice.         Personally I'm surprised ETH hasn't dumped, but that could be because it is harder to move ETH right now.          I think it closes at 414

Like i explained above AIEVE is still very young.
