Ethereum in 2018 !!

I hope it will hit 1k mark pretty soon, maybe in spring.

With the continuous rise of btc price, I think eth will have a hard time to reach the $1k mark. Tho I'm hoping it will but based on the circumstances there 40-60 chance. Anyways, I'll prolly continue to hold eth cuz I really trust its potential of stability.

Now is not a good time for this coin. The network does not work plus the introducing of BTC features, so people switched to BTC and other coins. This is negatively affected on the price. If the developers solve the problem, then the price can reach 1500 in 2018 for sure.

According to price, hold is the only correct decision in this situation. I think ETH will show its strength in the near future.

Let's not be so dramatic about those recent ETH drops. Ethereum is still a very solid project and still very alive. currently we are around price level of 23.11.2017. Consequently, all in all we are still experiencing higher ETH Price than before beginning of November (which was around 300$).

When it comes to price drops, I see two main reasons for it:
1. Cryptokitties (which congested network)
2. Rise of BTC (capital start to move from AltCoins do BTC)


I believe we can experience further ETH drop over next few days (concurrently with drops on other AltCoins). After few days or maybe a week I also think that BTC speculative bubble will burst and whole market will end up in Bear Run for a few weeks.

Nevertheless, Ethereum will rise back stronger in 2018. As I said it is a very solid project. I expect ETH Price in 2018 to end around 800$.

Positively I agree with you, crypto is expected to be behaving irregularly due to many reasons like speculation, hard fork and social media stream. This 2018 will expect that altcoin will rise and bitcoin expected to have a sudden drop. This is the world of crypto it can't be determined when to fall and down.

Ethereum is really a great coin. No doubt about it. And I can see that this coin will moon. It might catch the trail of bitcoin. But I can't say that it will defeat bitcoin. Right now bitcoin is mooning and Ethereum is one of altcoins and all alts are all bleeding.

I agree with you, for now we just can support to the dev teams and keep ETH coin for long term investment. Anything can be possible in cryptocurrency, one day maybe ethereum will be bigger than others

Yes, we know that this is not a good year for ethereum since bitcoin value start to increase the value of altcoins are stock and some of them are continuous dropping down and worstly became worthless.

I think 2018 will be different, ethereum and other coins will start to boost its value and brings big profit to all ethereum holders. Also ico supporters will be ethereum investors because most of their coin will based on ethereum value and when the demand of ethereum increases it will reflect on its value.

If the cryptokitties so shook the ether network, then there is little trust in it. The price can go into a deep dump. Replace the ether with something - QTUM or Waves.

without a doubt Ethereum is a strong coin but still it supply hasn't been set it will still tend to be sustainable so i think it wont pass the barrier price of 600 dollars.
