As we get closer to the minting and distribution of XCM, please remember that KYC is required to access your tokens and utilize the platform. Now is the perfect time to get it done so you have immediate access, and can trade or transfer your purchased XCM as you wish (barring the vested tokens from the earliest tiers of the token sale).

If you are having trouble with your KYC, you should reach out to CoinMetro Support. They will likely be able to help, and have a strong track record. You can reach out to them via the intercom on the bottom right of the website or via hello@coinmetro.com.
